Elias Paiyo is a Papua New Guinean rugby league player who represented his country in the 1995 and 2000 World Cups. ==Playing career== A Port Moresby Vipers junior, Paiyo represented Papua New Guinea in sevens at the 1994 World Sevens tournament.〔 He was first selected for Papua New Guinea national side in 1995 when he was named in their World Cup squad. He went on to play in six games for Adelaide that season.
